@m4a5: you talk like you dont know about console wars or consumer demand/appeal in the industry. If you dont like exclusives thats super perfectly fine, but dont ignore the main logic of what drives business. You literally said they help push sales. What?
@barcaazul: really have to ask, with much respect: what exactly did you like about the show? Honestly your opinion may help me understand what was so great about it. Not joking. Again, with much respect i am asking.
disgrace of a show. MS makes the same presentation every year. Same lights, same guy announcing "world premiere" with awful fashion, heck even the art style has been exactly the same for the past few years.
I am not saying they should differentiate too much like Sony tried last year because obviously that is a matter of taste. But the same exact show? really? i mean, really????? the PR department of MS must be the laziest in the world.
@VERTIGO47: the world is a great place. MGS2 is the game that changed my life forever and made me a gamer as well. It's my favorite game ever. I believe it is exciting to see people disliking it because they loved the first one or the MSX ones or simply hated it.
It's perplexing to see how a same thing can have such different meaning for each person. Regardless, we can share opinions and be happy about them.
I would suggest that you give MGS3 and 4 a try. They are surely two of the greatest games out there. MGS5 is an amazing game too, but its story is a bit empty and honestly without fault because the 4th practically finished the story so Kojima had no other option but to go open world and bang for the buck. You could play MGS5 for 100 years and I still don't think you'd finish it. Still, that doesn't mean it has 100 years of story. It doesn't. But great game nevertheless.
This-game-is-garbage. Not only is it the worst ff game ever (no caps because ff sucks today), but it is really one of the most disappointing games ever made.
