@aross2004: Saldly, and in current times, if you feel disrespected and rally enough people to your cause: you have power.

This whole thing is embarrassing, but the fault is not on Ubisoft, the fault is on the current state of things because even though we are a bit surprised right now, you can rest assured that this is happening in many companies, in many industries and in many countries all over the world.

Ridiculously enough, I believe the game is facing this situation mainly because they were open enough to allow any type of relationship since the game launched. The irony. If they never allowed such openness (like most other games), this wouldn't even be an issue at all and nobody would be talking about it. But since they decided to appeal to more audiences (cheers to that), now they are facing the hypocrisy.

Someday we will look back and laugh at how we simply couldn't "get along" because we were too busy ignoring the forest for the trees.

@mpl911: Exactly. Its not like the Elite also costs USD 200. This is just too much money for a DS4 that has customizable buttons. I respect @ballashotcaller's opinion, because he has a point. But my question now would be: why is this a "quality product"? I mean, the customizable buttons may be cool, but does that justify paying USD 150 dollars more? You can by 4 DS4s for the same price you'd buy this one.

Maybe the finish is amazing. Maybe it has aluminum touch and nice feel to it. But, IMO, and solely IMO, I believe it is a pity that this is viewed as "lots of value"...for PS4. This is not PC. You can only get away with a certain amount of customization for a console game. Now, if this is compatible with PC (it should!), then maybe I can see the quality to it.

With all due respect, and kindly speaking, this is just too much for me. Not economically speaking, but mainly in terms of "value". Id say this even if I was the son of Bill Gates.

I also bought a force feedback wheel for my PS3/4. And yes, it was around USD250. But imagine that there was another wheel with exactly the same internal technical specs but a better finish and with "customizable buttons" that costs USD1000...you guys see my point? It's USD1000!!!! 4 wheels for the price of 1 :D

My god. How can anyone buy a USD200 controller? XD

This is so sad, it's actually very funny :D

For that same price, you could buy a used slim PS4 or at least an original PS4 on sale.

I know that a person with their right to opinion will disagree with me. I honestly respect that. But I also should stress my opinion and I believe this is sad. It's just a controller. Wao.
