So you have been lifting 30 pound dumbells for a few years with little results?

Cool it buddy. First of all I'm not the strongest guy around, 30 seems like my limit right now and I'm 18. I'm asking for help because I want to go up to 50 atleast. And in response to a previous post, I do work out the triceps, forearms, back, shoulders, etc.
By lifting dumbells, do you mean dumbell press? Originally I started out at 30lbs too for dumbell press, then I got up to 55lbs. Currently I'm stuck at 45lbs, but that's because I haven't had the time to dedicate myself to the gym as much as I used too, cause of my job. But now things have eased up, so I'm going to go back to building muscle and get back up to 55 lbs

I ran one at the beginning of this year, so now I have to do it again. My finish time was 5 hours, 20 minutes. I hope I can beat that
