They already charge for PSN+, so if they're talking about splitting that into tiers, I can't see a problem with it. Hopefully they'll retain the free access to the basic PSN service.

Ever since it was announced, I've been intrigued to see what exactly this little console will bring to the gaming space. It's certainly good to see some great talent involved from the outset.
All I will say is that it's great to see Indie devs on the rise, and the gradually declining importance of major publishers for game financing. Hopefully we'll continue to see more original and creative games coming to market in future. I'm certainly looking forward to several Indie games this year.
I'm pretty certain I won't be buying any more games published by EA, because I refuse to support this kind of greedy anti-consumer behaviour.
I know their goal as a company is to make money, but at this point their greed is driving a nail through the heart of the enjoyment in gaming. They're trying to turn games nowadays into arcade machines where you have to keep feeding money into the slot to keep playing.
