Most likely a voltage thing, amp it up a bit, but do some overclocking tests on it for stability. Use OCCT or Prime 95, you leave them running a few hours and if no crash you're good.

Speedfan is the best I know of, I got it on a MaximumPC disc. Stock coolers are louder than more expensive ones would be. If your system is hot than yes, it should be fast and loud. Just keep an eye at the temps, there are ways to cool it down if its hot better than the stock cooler can do.

No way would really be too fast, save for swaping HDD's. I'd say a flash drive or external HDD is the obvious and fastest way that I would know of.

I don't recommend a Hans-G monitor. In my opinion Asus is the best money for the quality. I also wouldn't buy a Sparkle GPU but that's just me. Is there a way you could link these parts for us? It's a bit hard to tell if it's compatible with just this info.

Looks compatible at a glance, but I agree, the Hans-G's are kind of garbage. I like Samsung or Sony - they cost more, but it's usually worth it.

OCCT: OverClocker Checking Tool. Runs your system at full boar for however long, and if no crashes you know your golden - check your temps too.

borrow an old computer and swap out 1 part at a time to see if you can isolate a bad part maybe.

Well... Is there another monitor you were looking at thats not 1920 x 1080? It doesn't seem that way, so you might as well upgrade.
