Good, the right person can wipe DICE into shape. I really appreciate 0 micro-tran in Fallen Order and being a such excellent Single player game. not to mention APEX legend is the best battle royal game out there, I don't even play "battle royal"
@ALLIAMOS: VR cable lolPeeC = $2000 every 6 month, upgrade in 8 years console life cycle = $40000, Occlus= $600, Vive = $800, $200 a mouse, $250 a keyboard, total $450000+ for low quality VR early access trash that will never release. PeeC gaming online = play with hackers and 34 total online population pre game... yeah wise investment decsion, and nice try pretending PeeC gaming still exist.
Beside watchdogs and AC being mediocre at best(not suck) Who else will bring one of the kind titles such as Division, For honor, Rainbow Six, Ghost recon: wild land to the industry rather than recycle the same game with minimum change in formula??
Think about it, and they are fairly good games like The crew and Far cry
@pongley @GameFan1983 and you claimed you've been working with AO/GI for a while? lol! like what? sorry, but from your lack of knowledge on either AO/GI, it's very unlikely. working in an architecture firm and required to build shader and texture model based on lighting information from GI mode provided, it's very frustrating, and CE3 was one of the toolset we used.
@pongley @GameFan1983 nah, still wrong, and you still confused about AO to GI(sometimes AO is GI dependent) but one is global lighting system the other is subtle, shadow approximation learn to read, crysis2 and GI, http://www.crytek.com/cryengine/presentations/real-time-diffuse-global-illumination-in-cryengine-3
@pongley @GameFan1983 wrong again, crysis2 is the first game implanted GI , and you still confused the phunck out about AO and GI more than ever, learn to VFX or at least google up.
@pongley @GameFan1983 quote me when did I claim AO is the same as GI? AO is a subtle but complex effect of shadow approximation on geometry's Conner/edge or curve corners where area/global light have hard time to illuminate,. Yes crytek also bought AO into game production with crysis1.
