Did anyone even look at Battlefields twitter? The size Microsoft allows for "demos" including beta wasn't a big enough size so the developers cut alot of things out (graphics, physics ect) to keep the file size down. Look at the size of the Xbox beta compared to the PC beta. It's more than a full GIG of difference. Those complaining about graphics, these are not the fully polished graphics that the end game graphics are much more polished. Glitches that have been reported are already fixed in the end game. I'm definately keeping my pre order. Everyone else is just going to miss out.
So i've been playing the Battlefield 3 beta on my macbook pro. It plays smooth but my cpu jumps to 90-95 degrees celcuous. I'm thinking of getting a thermapak for it.
So I've been playing the new beta on my high end 2011 macbook pro AND my Xbox 360. Both run the game great but my pc gets a lot better visuals. Only problem is it runs my i7 2.1ghz CPU at 90-95 degrees calculus. If I were to get it on PC would these temps be okay? I really like the feel of the PC version better but if it's going to kill my macbook pro then maybe I should get it on my Xbox.
