Yes when the crash scene ends the gas literally doesn't work. I think It's only on a specific race, the finish is right infront of a wall and It's impossible to evade it also the cops are behind you. That's what happened to me on the PC version.

that all depends on you. ive crashed many times, and managed to escape but if you crash trying to go through a tight space then ya you can move because they will keep you pined. my suggestion is to try and lose some of the cops before doing those tight spaces.Foxdale21

You didn't understood, right after you finish the race if you didn't make it in time to avoid crash you loose control of your car. I think It only happens in one race, the finish is right infront of the wall and It's impossible to avoid crashing and then you can't move your car, It's definitely a bug.

Right after you finish the race and police chases you if you crash you can't move and you get BUSTED.
