The beta was sample of a pre-alpha build just to allow people to get an aspect of the game. Now i love how people are so judgemental about a free experiencr (somwhat) and the fact that they don't even have to provide a beta for the players and they would still get millions of sales.

Nope, everything is flushed when the game starts as stated before the Beta. The beta is a test phaze to for bugs, server side issues and a teaser for people interested in the game.
It took under 20 hours for me to hit level 50 so i'm not particularly worried about losing the stats. Actually hope they make it harder because atm leveling is insanely easy due to the medal and ribbon spam.
Most new builds over $1500 should run it perfectly.
I play the alpha with a core2duo @ around40 - 50 frames solid so it should be all good
You should have no otherclocking issues just make sure you read a few articles about what you are actually doing so you understand.There is plenty of videos and info online and ways to make sure you are doing it right
The 570 will do you will especially if you choose to sli in the future. Best of luck with your pc!
Ati are a good value for money card but there driver support is horrid. Crossfire/sli should never be recommended over a single card. It is up to personal choice in most aspects.
Don't look to getting Ati cards just stay with that 570.
If you can wait a while, check out the new motherboards that are coming out and have you looked at getting a aftermarket cpu cooler since your getting the unrestricted i5? The stock intel coolers are rather unreliable in my experiences
I seriously rethink the money spent on a laptop. Get something around the $1200 bracket which will suffice for older games, travel and programs. Then put the extra dough towards a desktop pc. I'm not a particular fan but alienware have reasonable laptops if budget is not a problem. Just expect to pay a premium.
just dont get razer or logitech headsets for gaming. absolute rubbish for quality at the same time as paying a high end price tag
[QUOTE="JcBoyCool"]Anyone else?evildead6789
There's pretty much a consensus the i5-2500 is the best bang for the buck, actually there arent a lot of cpu's that give more bang,and the ones who do don't give a lot of extre bang and they cost way too much bucks.
So the cpu isn't really up for the debate. The motherboard is medium-range, it's no cheapskate, it's not over the top either, about just right. Since you're buying a beast of a card , the integrated gpu that unlocks with h67 and z68 chipset isn't really needed. Besides you can only overclock with the z68 and p67 chipset (yes the z68 does both, integrated video and overclocking but it costs more). All you have to do is plug in the cpu and ram and it will be operations on this asus p67 board and if you want to overclock it's a breeze.
The hd 6950 isn't really up for debate either, it's also the best bang for the buck. You could opt for a gtx 560 too. A gtx 580 is better but it's also in another price range and a hd 6950 is already very good and if you suddenly run out of power in the future , just add another one with crossfire.
So i guess that's why no one is still posting, they would post about the same.
I still have one remark, that's one expensive case....
What he said. Although once again i reccomend a 2500k because overclocking is so simple on these processors. 560ti aren't bad either for the price.
