I did it last december too. I forbid myself to buy anything before christmas, cause what's christmas if you're buying games every single day? So now I'm playing Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles, which my brother bought a while ago, but I've never bothered playing it. And Battlefield 2 won't start! I HATE all the bugs in that game!

So...what to do?

I just recently finished Perfect Dark Zero and later I kicked Thorn's ass in Kameo. And after playing through both games I'm kinda dissapointed by Rare's latest games. Perfect Dark Zero is good, but not that great, which is a huge loss for a big fan of their games and especially the brilliant Perfect Dark on the N64. Kameo is a great game though. It's not revolutionary, but it's very different from other plattformers, and better than most other games in the genre.

Xbox360's game lineup is pretty bad with most of the games being on all other consoles as well. Bring on the classics!

Finally... the xbox 360 was released yesterday and I'm playing like crazy. This machine is awesome. I'm very impressed by the graphics and the great desktop with all those cool features. I've ripped my R.E.M. album and I'm listening to it while looking through the marketplace for cool free downloads. The games I've bought are great. Both of them has received some bad critics here in Norway, but I'm sticking to UK and US reviewers either way, sot aht doesn't really matter. Rare has done a great job twice again!

I'm broke! I bought a Samsung 26' flat screen on impulse! I've thinking about buying a TV for a long while, ever since I found out that my television was crap. When I heard that the Xbox 360 requires that you have a good TV to really look outstanding I figured that I needed a new one for the release. Microsoft delivers the demonstration of the Xbox 360 with a Samsung 21' LCD screen that really looked awesome when I saw an played it at the store. This was yesterday, today I bought the TV that slightly bigger! I'm mad!

All my games now look much better, and seeing films like Finding Nemo is just stunning. Roll on Xbox 360, cause here I am!

I've been waiting for ages and finally they received the Double Game Pack with Dawn of War and the Expansion Pack, Winter Assault. I've been playing the demo for a long time, and I'm so glad I've got my hands on the full game.

This is just an awesome game that features more intense battles than in any other RTS out there. This is truely a Sci-Fi RTS that pushes all the right buttons.

I first finished Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood, cause I only had like one mission left. The two last missions were rock hard and I respawned a billion times before finally completing the missions. I haven't played this game that much really, but it's really a great game. Even better than the first Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30. The game has a great replay value so I suppose I'll be playing it now and then again, cause it's so cool!

Call of Duty 2 was kind of a letdown! I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was actually too chaotic! The game had 27 missions and every single one of them were extremely intense and were like the climaxes in the first Call of Duty. The thing that made Call of Duty so great was the chaos, yes. But you can't have that all the time. The game should have calmed down a bit and should have featured more varied gameplay. More tanks missions maybe, on rail shooting and so on. The game was awesome and featured stunning graphics and mindbreaking sounds, but this was too much of the same thing. The game is awesome, but can't compete with Call of Duty and Brothers in Arms.

Finally I picked up Call of Duty 2 at the store. I'm a bug fan of the first game, and also the fabulous expansion pack of course, and the fact that I haven't bought CoD 2 yet is a shame, but finally I did it!

Age of Empires 1 and 2 are some of the first strategy games I played, and seing the third installment to the series hit the shelves made me very excited. It was a must buy.

OH YEAH! This game was awesome. Creepy and intense ultra fast paced action that'll be remember for many years to come. FEAR is one of the best FPS games out there right now, it's right up there next to Riddick and Far Cry, HL2 and Halo is above thought!!

FEAR wasn't really as scary as I thought it would be, but it was very, very exciting.

Finally! Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood came out in the store. Awesome! I thought the first Brothers in Arms was great and was really looking foreward to this sequel. I can't wait to play this game alot.

I've never played any of the Castlevania games, but when I saw all those awesome reviews on the web a understood that this was a game that I had to own. I tried it out in the store and was completely paralized by the gameplay and how retro it all felt. Long live Castlevania!

FEAR. I played the demo earlier this year and was kinda shocked by the extremely scary and gory gameplay. When it came out I didn't know what to do. Should I buy this game containing extreme violence beyond comparison to the latest games in my collection. But I had to have it, I had to have fear.

I've soon finished Far Cry Instincts I think, and believe it or not, it's maybe just as good as the Far Cry for the PC. It's really great, you play this mutated guy named Jack Carver who thanks to his "illness" has the ability to smell tracks, run like the wind, jump like a kenguru, and see in the dark. This game really rocks.

Timesplitters really lookes great. I thought Timesplitters 2 was awesome, and with the enhanced story mode, and online multiplayer I'm really looking forward to playing this game some more.
