No, I think it was Modern Warfare. Halo 3 probably came pretty close, though. The most impressive about Halo 3 was probably that it sold much quickly. ~4M units in 1 week, I doubt Modern Warfare even broke 1M, but Modern Warfare had amazing legs.

Anway, I don't think the expansion is going to sell so well...

Theres a MGS4 thread on the first page with pics on the first and second page that completly obliterates this thread lol... I do own both games and gears doesn't even come close to the detail, presentation, production values and just plain /care that went into MGS4... Believe what you will I know the truth.Eddie-Vedder

The multiplayer uneuqstionably isn't amazing. It's pretty entertaining sometimes, but Xbox 360's best multiplayer game definitely is Gears of War.
