I've looked a bit into DayZ. Seem interesting, for sure, and I might check it out once they've hammered out the bugs and hackers. Been awhile since I've heard of a game's sales go up because of a single mod.
So I've been looking over Steam's Top Seller list because I'm a sheep and I want to see what's popular. Ruling out the possibility that the list is tilted towards specific games, it seems Arma II: Combiner Operations has been in the top three going on a couple months now.
What's the deal with this game? Is it really that popular or is Steam stacking stats up?
Tried it. The glitch is still there. I'm beginning to think that this is being caused by the other glitch I mentioned earlier, and that I'm just gonna have to let the guy die so I can move on with the game. I'd only miss out on some Light Side Points, at least. Thanks for the help, all.
Try going to the setting for the game ( on steam) and then press validate game files (or something like that), it may be that you are missing something. If you are it should download it.

I never though about that option. I'll definitely try that.
Have you tried updating video drivers or loading a previous save file?

I haven't done a driver update yet, no. I would reload an early save, but all of my saves are after this glitch began happening. I also just remembered that the first time I went to the Undercity, I hit another glitch while running around and was suddenly transported outside the gate to where Hendar was. He wasn't running from anything and just stood there next to a pillar, so I did all the activities and quests around the village before porting back to the hideout, running back to the Village, and trying to go through the gate. Could that glitch have caused this one?
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this. If it isn't, feel free to lock/delete/move.
So I bought KOTOR off of that diabolical Steam Summer sale. All was going pretty well until I hit the Undercity and went to the village gate, which triggers the scene with Hendar being chased by the Rakghoul. I choose to save him, but when the gate opens and my characters all run out to him, everyone just stands there. The cutscene doesn't end. My character, Carth, and Hendar all stand in front of the gate in cutscene mode and nothing further happens.
What is this and is there any way to fix it? I have tried patching and reinstalling.
