Probably they'll update Ness, Jigglypuff, or Lucario because of the leak. Captain Falcon and Luigi Sakurai will leave "up in the air." There's no doubt that any of these characters will be in Brawl, but Nintendo has to keep something under wraps. What about Knuckles' chances? Sonic can't be left out to dry all by himself.
Ness has a high chance of not coming back because Lucas is using all his moves and it would be like Nintendo is getting lazy so that make two characters fight alike
