Hi there, I recently posted a thread asking if anyone needed a review reccomendation. Someone asked for Ouendan! Vs. Daigasso! so here it is, enjoy!
Osu Tatakae Ouendan and Daigasso! are both phenominal games and one isn't better than the other.
Ouendan is deffinately the game that has more happening, the concept idea of male cheer leaders is truly riveting and spectacular. The difficulty is steep and challenging, but you get used to it eventually.. :P
there are only 15 stages in Ouendan, but all of them in my opinion make me want to keep on playing them just to hear the great music.
You deffinately see much more Japanese type ethic in this game compared to Band Bros.
In Daigasso! You have in my opinion, not much of a color pallet or even a storyline. This game is truly for people that are familiar with DDR or rhythm games like DDR.
The reason why I bring that point up is when you turn on Daigasso! and when you turn on Ouendan! Ouendan sounds, looks and completely throws you into this surreal jolt of energy, while Daigasso! doesn't.
Keep in mind that this my opinion and that I am not always right.
The gameplay of both games are both addictive. I beleive that Ouendan is more innovative. Daigasso! has more of a straight forward approach that has a easier learning curve while Ouendan has taken me under a week just to almost complete normal.
It's really your call, but if you import both, they are both gems and diamonds in the rough.
I got my copies off www.yesasia.com for a reasonable price.
