Everytime you breath a 3rd world country kid dies.:( This troll thread is turning depressing. This is classic Treesmash/Salmoncatching[QUOTE="rockerbikie"][QUOTE="XPureMadnessX"]
Look up Monty Oum, and you'll see ;)
And of all, remember this, everytime you drink a coca cola, you kill an innocent child.

It's a tough question because even within a family trying to do the right thing the issue is ambiguous. I usually state what I would do in the OP but I couldn't in this situation. Even something like dwarfism where they could live a perfectly normal and productive life I wonder if I could continue that pregnancy.

Dwarfism isn't something to abort over in my opinion.
I'm not saying that placed in that situation I would, I'm just saying that even something as non-life threatening as dwarfism would give me pause. It's a tough question because even within a family trying to do the right thing the issue is ambiguous. Well the screening tests aren't 100% accurate. Not even close, but the further evaluations and studies are as close to 100% as medical science can get. Or do you mean that you wouldn't be willing to take even the miniscule chance that the child would be healthy? The tests to see if there are going to be disorders aren't 100% accurate. I would hate the thought that I might have destroyed a perfectly healthy life because a test was wrong. I'd still continue with the pregnancy.

[QUOTE="GatlingHammer"][QUOTE="Lonelynight"]I would get an abortion.LonelynightFor any disorder? Would you be willing to live with slight MR or Fragile X Syndrome?Depends on the seriousness. Well, what would be too serious? What wouldn't be serious enough? I've mentioned several disorders already which ones could you live with your child having?

What disorders would be ok? Which ones would not? I know a family that willingly had a child that had Down's Syndrome. Could you do that? What about Angelman Syndrome or Lesch-Nyan or even Dwarfism?
[QUOTE="GatlingHammer"][QUOTE="Necrifer"]I think the fact that he can't even spell reparative says something. Besides we give those out as a cautionary measure for the therapy. Of course it paints the therapy in a realistic fashion. :P It doesn't mean that the rewards aren't worth the risk. :PHm, someone who judges others for judging based on post count, now judges based on typos and orthography. Hm, indeed. How are the two related? I think people who give real value to their post count are a little silly. I also think that people that can't spell or bother to type correctly don't need to be taken seriously. How are those thoughts incongruous?I think they just did.

Wouldn't bother me, for the fact I hate/dislike my father.Random__Why hate/dislike? Why not just hate or dislike?
I'm sure that plenty of married homophobic men are still homosexual. Haven't you ever seen American Beauty?[QUOTE="GatlingHammer"][QUOTE="Suzy_Q_Kazoo"]
My dad is near homophobic and is married, this situation is doubtful.

That just made me laugh. Like some fictional movie is proof of his point.
It's not the movie that proves my point. It's the fact that the idea isn't as ridiculous as you may think it is. It's a pretty mainstream film and that's just one of the characters in it. If you've never heard of this phenomenon then you're the one with the lack of life experience.
