I'm going to just nail this one once and for all. There are lots of things that were tried before and didn't work. It doesn't mean it won't work now. Just look at plumbing. If my plumber comes in to fix my sink and can't yesterday doesn't mean he can't today.

so be a god damned responsible adult and get the damn vaccination for it. you are equating STD frequency to alcohol. they are not the same thing. STD are most often a result of being dumb. get tested regularly wear a rubber and its all good. alcohol isnt the cause of STDs.
How many frat boys do you know get drunk and then have protected sex, hm? I'm just saying that making alcohol illegal would save people from themselves.
