They should reintroduce magic to the series, but really expand it. For instance, Link could have 4 different mails to switch between. Each mail has different elemental qualities like fire, ice, wind and thunder. Throughout the game Link will be able to learn dozens of spells that work for each of these mails and by using these spells he can perform powerful special attacks or make certain parts of dungeon puzzles easier to solve.

I just wish there were more colors to choose from. Some people dye their hair in unnatural colors like blue and red, and there's no way for them to represent themselves properly if they can't do that with their Mii. And it would be nice if you could make your Miis fatter. What, fat people aren't welcome on Wii? :P

I gotta tell you guys, I'm loving it! They pretty much fixed every problem in this new version. Two big thumbs up for Opera team! Maybe that Wiiminder site will work better now :D

You don't necessarily have to point directly at the sensor bar. The game could easily adjust your crosshair position to fool the player into keeping their Wiimote aimed at the TV. I honestly didn't feel like I was aiming at the sensor bar when I played the shooting gallery game in WarioWare. Now if someone could just make a cool on-rails shooter with a gun shell that keeps the Wiimote mounted on top of it... that would be awesome.

I think there's a good chance we'll see it at the end of this week or sometime next week.

Take my little sister, for example. She's been drooling over cutscenes from Drakengard 2 and says she really wants to play it, even though she's never seen a single gameplay video or read a review. Is that what's supposed to entice players these days? Pre-rendered cutscenes...??

Because they think that awesome graphics make any game worth their money, no matter how unplayable or boring it actually is. That's the stuff I hear all the time when I enter a game shop ("woah, look at those graphics! that's so cool!"). Why can't people judge a game by how fun it is, not how beautiful it is. Graphics always come second, in my book. Games are not supposed to be a simulation of reality, they're supposed to be an escape from reality.

They should make a Star Wars game that takes place right after Revenge Of The Sith. The Empire continues their Jedi purge across the galaxy and you take the role of several Jedi knights who try to rescue the inhabitants of a large planet and its moons. Here's how I think the controls should work:

Nunchuk analogue stick: Move around
C-button: Hold this button to target objects that you can pull towards you, release it once you've selected an object. You can also use this to pull levers from great distances or simply move objects around (by tilting the nunchuk).
Z-button: Perform jumps. This works like in Sonic and the secret rings, first you have to charge the jump and then release at the right time to produce different jumps.
Move nunchuck towards the screen quickly: Perform a force-push if the force meter isn't empty. Your motions directly affect the power of the force-push in the game.
Move nunchuck to left or right quickly: Dash to the side to avoid enemy attacks.

D-pad: Press down to slow down time slightly to be one step ahead of your enemies, only works as long as your force meter isn't empty. Press and hold up to load your force meter.
A-button: Turn lightsaber on/off... with the trademark sound coming out of the remote speaker :)
Swing Wii remote: Duh! For swinging your lightsaber, in the same way you swing in Wii Baseball.
B-button: Target one or more enemies to circle around them in combat (like in Zelda)

A few spontaneous ideas:

Talk channel: Pretty much like a forum only for Wii users. You start off using the Globe function, like in News channel. By zooming in you can find user-created "rooms" that are placed wherever the user has set their location as. Each room has an icon with the number of visitors displayed next to them, and their icon's size depends on their popularity. I feel a channel like this would be important to create a bridge between hardcore players and casual players, as they would probably be more likely to use the talk channel instead of seeking out Wii forums on the web. Plus you get one big official Wii forum.

Virtual Console channel: Instead of keeping all your Virtual Console games spread out on the main Wii OS you can gather them in one separate channel.

That's all I can honestly think of right now... I have some high hopes for the improved Internet channel as well.
