*Possible spioler* Yuou can get umbras weapon as a part of a quest at one of the deadric shrines.

You get the sword as part of the quest, the deadra god wants you to give it to him. DO NOT GO BACK TO HIM AFTER YOU HAVE THE SWORD.
If you do what i said it will remain a quiest item and be weightless :oops: hehe
If you give it to him you get a crappy helmet thing that raises mercantilism or someting crappy
If you go to him and refuse ( i have no idea the long term harm, but in the short term, you still have the sword but it weighs 45 or something like that)

Where is the shrine at?
The quest starts at the shrin of clavicus vile
This shrine can be found if you proceed along the Gold Road going north from Skingrad
