Can someone givem a final ok? i made a new file.. someone know from personal experience if once a new save file is made will it affect my trophy getting?

yeah,i used cheats cuz it was a rental so i thought why no, but then the sign came up.... I love trophiies, what happens if i decide to get the game later? the trophiy will still be blcoked :(
