Does anyone here think that capcom will release a definitive version of the game including most if not all of the released DLC? Â Perhaps sometime in 2013?

Well I feel like an idiot, I forgot to connect one of the 4 pin power supply cables. Wow. Plugged it in and off it went. Works like a charm, installing windows now. Thanks for the help guys. :)

Reseated ram, same result. It may be worth noting that there is an LED gauge on my mobo that is red, but im not sure if this means anything negative.
Might help if we knew what board it was. That's usually not a good sign though. I'd double-check all your power connections (and fan connections just in case).http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130275 here is the board. Ive got an xfx hd 5850 in it. Again Everything seems to be fine. Mobo is lit up, no beeps coming from it, no funky sounds from anywhere else, hard drive is working. If it were the processor wouldnt the mobo let me know that its dead or not working properly? (also I can hear the processor working.)

Try using the integrated graphics for now. Also, listen for POST beeps, and tell us what you hear.

i would use the integrated graphics but my mobo doesnt have it, also there have been no beeps at all. (ive kept it on for about 5 minutes to listen to it and I havent seen/heard/smelled anything that would make me think that something is wrong.
And after completing the built I plug it in to the wall and monitor to start up the installs and I get no video out. I realize that there could be quite a few reasons for this, but I have reseated the video card and made sure that the power supply is connected to it. Everything seems to be in working order, I hear the processor, harddrive, the mobo is lit up, the fans are in working order. I cant really find anything obvious to fix. I tried using HDMI and DVI (VGA adapter) from my XFX radeon 5850 to my asus monitor but to no avail. Any ideas?
[QUOTE="bonafidetk"]there wont be an OS on a new build. Well, a BIOS but not windows. you will need the disk.HavocEbonloreYeah, that doesn't answer his question. You can use the downloaded ISO to perform a clean install without having to have an OS already installed. Be sure to configure your bios to boot from a disk so it can boot from it for the installation. An upgrade is performed on a system with an operating system already installed and is basically for convenience. Don't worry about it if you're building from scratch, you don't need an OS installed to install an OS.
Ok thanks, the way they word it when selling is like you absolutely must have an OS (windows) already on your drive or else the upgrade wont work. They did say use the ISO to perform a clean install (which to my understanding is in fact an install on a drive with no OS.) I am familiar enough with BIOS to configure it to boot from the disk. Thank you for the information :)
and when i got to the download page it asked me if i wanted to do the direct upgrade or download the ISO to burn to a disk for a clean install. I downloaded both and burned the ISO to a disk. Now my question is, can I use this disk to do a clean install on the computer that I'm about to build from scratch? Or will it still need an operating system on it in order to upgrade it to professional? Thanks for the help :)
