This is not the ESRB's fault. They, like the motion picture equivalent, simply report what is in a game. Lack of an AO rating does not stifle creativity. For those that want it, you can stuff alot of 'not for kids' content into an M rating. As for lack of creativity in content... boobs are not creative. F bombs are not creative. Gratuitous violence...yep not creative. Creative is having a great storyline. Creative is being innovative and not copy/pasting another COD. If you want to make an AO game, you can. This article is confusing true censorship(Iran), with what retailers will not sell(US) for the same reason you don't find porn at Target....because most people don't want it there or else it would be there. This whole article seems pointless IMO. Free speech is made for man. Not the other way around.

I think the easiest solution is doing 'Reviews in Progress", like they do with MMOs. Just report on what you have seen so far, and finish when you're done.
