Is there supposed to be some sort of midnight sale for the ps3 on the 16th? And what is this about only being able to pre-order 16, i mean each store should get like 100 ps3's if you ask me!
I don't understand why i need to get my cable provider to set up something because i was under the impression that because my t.v has HDMI capability that i could get high-def from my ps3 directly.
Ok, so i finally bought a HDTV. It's a Panasonic Viera 26" LCD, and it's specs are great. The question that has been eating away at me is this: I have no special box installed by my "local provider" and i'm wondering if i will need some special box or reciever or whatever to be able to play the Playstation 3 in high definition. Everyone's talking about a cable not coming with the PS3 come launch, but it isin't expensive to pick up seperately, and i was wondering what this cable would do, whether it will hook up from the ps3 to my t.v and automatically play high-def or not. I'm so confused! Somebody help!
