So I picked a soldier for my starting class since I heard it was easy and so far im near 2-2 (tried spider boss but died). What should my build be and weapons? So far its base stats except for 20 vit, 18 str, and 15 endurence. I have been using a spear + large sheild and im liking it so far. Also i need to use either a bow or a range spell now and I haven't picked one. I don't have a problem fighting the normal mobs after dying about 10-20 times to get to 2-2

You should know that both the communitys are very small so don't except anything more than a few hundrens online at a given time. Borderlands has the worst single player and is meant for online/coop. Killzone 2 would my pick since its online is great and its story is proably the best out of those. Killzone 3 is comming so maybe you should wait :P. If you want better choice try out bad company 2

Whenever I try to log out it just shows me to the homepage. Any way to fix this?

I tried the Killzone 2 demo and didn't like it all. But I watched the KZ3 Now Playing and I'm about to go download the KZ2 demo and give it another whirl.
