i have a slim with the current firmware 3.80 on it. but under games there is a little UMD icon that says "PSP Update ver 2.81" and every time i click on it it says "current firmware is already installed" and i cant delete it from the menu cause there is no options for it. so i put my PSP in USB mode and i explore every folder on my PSP and i cant find it anywhere.

someone please help me, how do i delete it.

so my ps3 for some reason now says "the hard disk's file system is corrupted and will be restored"and ive heard you can just buy a laptop hdd to replace it. that is what i want to do now that it is out of warranty.

does anyone know what hdds are compatible with the ps3?
