But i heard that on XP needs 2 GRAM and on 7 needs 4 GRAM

Right now i try to gather some money for a new GPU. In here it sots about 100 $ but i am not rich and i live in a very very idiot country !!!

AMD Athlon 240 X2 Dual Core 2,8 GHZ CPU

2,5 GRAM DDR2

nVidia GeForece 8200 with 512 VMB Integrated

Now please tell me which ine of these is better :

HIS Ati Radeon HD 4650, 1024MB, DDR2, 128bit, Full HD 1080p, PCI-E, Platinum

Gigabyte nVidia GT 220, 1024MB, DDR3, 128bit, HDMI, PCI-E

And if i will buy one of these Graphic Cards, will i be able to run Napoleon Total War at low, medium or high settings ?? ( on 1024 x 768 rez )

Whould be of any use of i would change my operating system back to Windows XP ??
