Judgment has the funnest campaign imo (declassified and S3) but the worst MP by far, in terms of both balance and because they changed everything. battles play out now whomever has the power weapons wins. This is the first gears of war I am going to return.

They're not completely gone, there's still executions in the campaign.

PSN ain't garbage kid. Sony has the best Exclysives around...lets name some: Metal Gear Solid 4, God of War Franchise, Little Big Planet, Kingdom Hearts, InFamous Franchise, Killzone and many more. Microsoft has nothing on Sony and you know it. Gears and Halo are the most overrated games in the history of videogames. Even COD is better than Halo and Gears. Go buy a Playstation 3 than you can talk $hit boy.

It's a real shame that Microsoft has to continue to pump out the same 4 Exclusives year after year. I mean seriously

come out with some new IP's. Im so done with Microsoft and there BS. I'm selling my console in 3 hours and buying a PS3. Microsoft will not get anymore of my $$$. This game is garbage and it clearly shows. Sony comes out with new IP's every year and that's why Im switching to Sony consoles. Microsoft can learn from Sony. Greedy Bill Gates says Hi.

In 1 word I'd say game is different. I'm not saying it's good or bad but it is nothing like the other 3 Gears of War games, especially the mutliplayer. I'm a fan of all the original gears online and I'm about 10 hours into this one. 

Just a fair warning to those who are hardcore gears multiplayer fans....No active reloads, downs, and it feels way more fast-paced to me. Just about everything is different in the multiplayer. 

If you're a 3rd person shooter fan i'd save give it a try I'm having fun but do not expect to like this game just because you loved the original trilogy. -Z

Couldnt have said it better myself. Also it's not as responsive, the controls feel stiff

THis is one of the many reasons why I never touched the mp neither have anyone else I know that plays the game. We play it for the fun single player. No one uses the mic much on online games anymore so dont really play them much besides Halo 4 with my bro and couple friends on my list.

 

This game has never had a consistant fun experience online, I simply gave up on it.

I would agree with that mostly. Nowadays I don't use a mic either (gets me too riled up) but as for consistency the Gears 3 Gnasher was at least mostly Consistent. This ones really wonky, I am even noticing getting kills that I realistically shouldn't have gotten. IE me being on the other side of the situation I first described. I literally said outloud "i didnt deserve that kill lol". I am going to play the SP then move on it seems thats what I've been doing with most games lately.

The Gnasher needs a huge fix and fast. It isn't a question whether its too powerful or not powerful enough. It is never consistent. 

For example I bodied a gentlebaird in 1 shot point blank, his teammate ran past me and I shot her as well point blank. Nothing happens, I shoot her again and she still doesn't die. She turns around and shoots me once with her Gnasher from 4-5 feet away and kills me instantly. I was full HP. 

THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. 

Either the gun is terrible at range and great at close quarters or vice versa not this flip floppy stuff that keeps happening. I feel like I am rolling the dice whenever I shoot someone, If i roll a 6 I crit and they die.
