[QUOTE="Somegamer"]I'm not talking about coolness or badassness, I'm talking about sheer power. Remember to give reasons. Here's mine:
1. Kefka (He destroyed the world and became God, what else do you want?)
2. Kuja (He basically glassed a planet in a matter of seconds and created a universe and a dragon army just using his power. Doesn't usually finish off the job though.)
3. Ultimecia (Time compression plan was very nice but then again she got beat by a bunch of teens...)
4. ExDeath (He had the power of the void which could in reality just absorb your attacks. THIS is a very powerful villain. Maybe he should be higher but I feel the top 3 use their power more effectively.)
5. Sephiroth (Ok we all know how powerful he is, but does he use it much in the game. He spared Cloud and then summoned meteor but that was extremely slow.)
6. Sin (Well, yeah it has massive destructive power but it is not really crazy and sometimes it just spares people. It is powerful, but doesn't use it's power like a villain should.)
7. Seymour (This guy plain sucks. Easy to kill and the worst thing he did was kill some Ronso and fail in his stupid plan to become Sin.)
There are more but I've just listed the main ones from V onwards.

I agreee with this one.
I agree with this list to. Except I would put Zeromus from IV between maybe ExDeath and Sephiroth. Because he was the incarnation of hate and evil, and was even stated that when killed he wasnt truely destroyed. He uses attacks like big bang. Pretty cosmic.
