Ben Wallace is the worst offensive player in the history of basketball. He will not give the Cavs "a little help on offense". With Wallace in the game, it'll basically be 4 on 5 when the Cavs have the ball. You should be more excited about the "meh" Joe Smith than Ben Wallace. Joe Smith was very consistent for the Bulls, and I'd be willing to be ya that he will contribute more to the Cavs than Wallace will.
