Well what I did when I first started was take lessons. Just enough to get me familiar with chords and how the guitar works in general, then you can teach yourself for a while. Definitely learn how to read tabs. And Greenday is perfect for someone who is just starting (AC/DC is another good one). Just learn how to play a bunch of easy songs and once you're confident with them, try something a bit harder.

Just as a general rule of thumb: never date a girl who can back you down and then dunk on you.

Depends on the situation. For example, I was seeing this girl about a year ago and she would send me good morning and good night texts so that I would know she was thinking about me and I thought it was really sweet. :oops:

Most of the time they're just annoying though.

I thought they were ok, but then I saw them live and was really impressed. Their whole show was really relaxed and goofy and it was just a good time. I had just as much fun seeing them as I did seeing Metallica.

I think hes a gay fish.

I was very pleasantly surprised, one of the better action flicks in recent memory.

As completely ridiculous as that might sound, it works. One time I heard that Kevin Spacy used to pretend to be gay around women until they eventually decided to "test" him. Apparently he got TONS of action by doing that.

I liked the Dark Tower series a lot. For Christmas I got his new book Full Dark No Stars, which I'm looking forward to getting started on.

An interesting side note, I actually live in the same town as King and every once in a while I'll see him at the grocery store.
