And as i heard...The PS3 version. I've played the pc MP demo and I will say aswell, that KZ3 blows it away. Crysis 2 is a sterile enviroment, and not nearly the amount of detail or stuff going on on screen. Animations look weak, and the amount of motion blur is just horrible when running around. So if the pc side didn't impress me, then I know for sure that the console version isn't going to impress me.[QUOTE="Masculus"]
I guess the Xbox 360 Messiah has come. Crytek really did it, they redeemed the 360 capability.
Now we suffer waiting for words on the PC version.

Why on earth are people hyping a intro cutscene so much? I mean there was even a difference in the cut scenes in Crysis 1 from actuall gameplay. So are people really hyping a games graphics are cut scenes now?
I'm sorry but this answer all question :)
I tend to dislike anything in a game where control is taken away from me, so no I don't particularly like the pointless melee animations in KZ3.meetroid8Well then don't do a melee. The game just doesn't automatically make you do one you know. So fear not :)
Let me see here, if a assasin came up behind you, with the intent to kill you. I'm pretty sure your as good as gone lol. Also the hit detection issue you speak of is there so that not all melees actually get pulled off. Some are just gun butt melees, some are just out right missing. And that is what makes the brutal melee so beast mode, when you get one it just feels perfect for the situation. As much as I love Killzone 3 and the idea of slitting some other guy's throat or gouging his eyes out with my thumb brutal melee has been doing nothing but irritating me.
First off, there's no way to counter it, like if some infiltrator or cloaked Marksmen came but without me knowing I would have no way to counter it. I was kinda hoping they would make it to where you can turn the tables like if some guy came behind you with a knife then you could get them off you and stab the knife in their eye or something like that.
It also feels like there's some wierd mechanics to it. People will manage to do brutal melee on me when they're like 5 feet away from while I'll be on top of people and I'll only attempt to punch them and they end up killing me. It just feels like there's some hit detection issues in brutal melee.

Also, to the guy saying you can save a team mate when they are getting melee'd in Halo, you can save your partner aswell in KZ3 with a brutal melee aswell, or even shoot the guy prior to him getting his kill. And your team mate will be stunned for a second or so, so it truly feels awesome when you realise your team mate covered your butt :)
KZ3 is going to smash, Crysis 2. I mean heck the game on my rig isn't all that impressive, much less a console version. Its definitly a step down from Crysis, and to me KZ2 was the only contender. And what I've seen so far, like I've said. KZ3 will smash it.
The brutal melees in KZ3, truly never gets old. I think each time I'm like "OH YEA TAKE THAT" lol.
Well I will say this also. The rifle in the vids of BF3 that your carrying, is it me or does it look to much like a stick that your carrying? Looks like a little play toy instead of an actual M4.
But really, right now I'm just figuring out how to get me a new video card for this monster :)
False statement is false. Sorry man, but the controls are spot on. And Killzone 3 is beast mode :)crysis 2 and brink isnt even out yet man, and killzine 3 is garbage. controls are horrible. bulletstorm was way better too.

[QUOTE="HailCaesarHail"]i wonder why people blame ps3 for crappy ports, we all know its not the hardware. ps3 exclusives destroy everything 360 has to offer.rybe1025And yet Crysis 2 on the 360 looks better then Killzone 3 so much for your destroy comment. Didn't lens of truth already do a comparison of KZ2 with Crysis 2 for the 360? Also there conclusion was that Crysis 2 doesn't even stack up to KZ2 much less KZ3. So infact a 2 year old game destroys anything on the 360 today.
