I do miss games like last gen's Ghost Recon through Ghost Recon 2. In those game's multiplayer when you got hit by one or two bullets you were either dead or injured. If you were injured your aim was horrible and you were hobbled and slow as hell. To take it up another notch you could play seige, where you only had one life. It was very fun and very suspenseful. Now, even in the new Ghost Recon, your health regenerates, and it takes way too many bullets to kill someone. Not to mention that now all multiplayer maps are just small mazes. The old Ghost Recon had huge outdoor maps as opposed to 3rd world country city streets.

If there was an auto show equivalent and Ford, Chevy, BMW, Toyota, and Audi decided not to show up, would that make it less relevant? Yes. It's the exact same situation here. Also, he's not saying that E3 is less relevant because some big developers aren't showing. He's saying that the original mission of E3 was to get video games into the mainstream. Since that has been accomplished, there is no need for the big boys to show up because they are already in the mainstream. That is why it has lost relevance. By the way... @ Lazerith91 If you didn't notice any changes to the game after the update then you are either not the avid BF3 player that you think you are, or you do nothing but snipe. The shotguns are nerfed, people now use snipers in close combat, the tank is weaker, helicopter flares are all but worthless, and jets are too dominant.

@ iluvOP Actually, it was the crybabies that got the game changed from what it was. I have no problem leaving BF3 with roaches like you online.

This game is ruined after the update. Tanks are now made of tissue paper. Helicopters are sitting ducks for jets and helicopter flares are all but worthless. Jets can go too slow and don't belong in the game. Grenades are worthless as well. I'll watch them go off at an enemies feet and not even get a hit marker. Something is really wrong when within 5 feet a pistol is more effective than a shotgun. I want my money back. This isn't the game I bought and loved any more. I guess I'll be switching to Ghost Recon.
