@brainiac1988 @Ground_Zero Nintendo had a chance when they were offered 1st bid to get the other 51% of Rare but they didn't it. Microsoft got it. (Be thankful Activision didn't) M$ Offered an insane amount of money for the other 49% from Nintendo and they accepted.

But back then (kinda like now). Nintendo had money troubles with all the unsold GameCube's. Still if they really cared about Rare they should have found someway to acquire them.
