WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain Experience

So...bored...got nothing to do except to type my experience on WWE SM:HCTP

First of all, the graphics were way much better than the previous Smackdown games, although it was kinda similar to Smackdown: SYM. And sometime, the wrestlers tend to go through objects, like ghosts. Overall, the graphics were really nice.

The whole new grappling system was so hard for me to get the hang of. I was used to the old grappling system, press O and a D-Pad arrow to perform a move, but this new grappling system allows you to perform more moves, and also lets you counter finishing moves.

The new weight advantage system thingy made the game like the show a lot. But there were some unrealistic "things" in it...can't find the words for it. For example, if Rey Mysterio went in a match with Big Show, and stole Show's finisher, the Chokeslam, tiny Mysterio could lift up the 500 pound giant. Hmm....creepy.

The season mode, improved quite a bit. But it still has only 3 matches per show. It would be better if they included 5 matches, instead of 3. And still, the season mode still resemble SYM a bit, like the scenes, and stuff.

The new matches included in the game were awesome. It included Elimination Chamber, Bra and Panties match, First Blood match, and other stuff.

The wrestlers being able to bleed was also a cool addition. But there are some bugs in it though, like Eric Bischoff not being able to bleed, Charlie Haas and Undertaker's blood are black, you know.....But still, it is a really awesome addition to the Smackdown line of games.

Overall, this WWE game is really a good game. Even though there are some bugs in it, not every game is perfect.

Xenogears: Reawakening

Woo!!! I have finally made it to disk 2 of Xenogears!! Thanks to the guide I used by Gheddon LN. Anyway, Nothing will stop me from finishing this game.....also, there are some things I want ot know about Xenogears and Xenosaga....

If Xenosaga is the story that took place before Xenogears....how come nothing in Xenosaga relates to Xenogears? I mean, Shion Uzuki has the same last name as Citan Uzuki...but that's not even his real name. And will they ever remake Xenogears? I think I need to play Xenosaga Episode IV before I will find out......

What about Emperor Cain and Abel? If they existed so long ago, how come they aren't mentioned in Xenosaga? Is it because Square-Enix will sue the company that made Xenosaga? So many questions still unanswered....

Anyway, if Xenogears was remade, it would be off the chain. I mean, there has to be better graphics, better dubbing (I hope) and like, it will be just better, you know? So let me type my gaming experience now....muahahahaha.......

I started playing again, in Krelian's Lab. Man, that place is big, and creepy. Making mutants.....slaughtering them.....and eating them...and don't forget the Bloody Bros.....eeegh.....

I kept on following the guide I used, and got very far. Executioner, and taht freaky costume.....Grahf...and his freaky mask......they suffered my wrath!! Hahaha beyaaatches! You shall bow down to me...William. No wait, they already did!! Haha suckas! I used Citan, Emeralda, and Fei. Citan's sword is da bomb man! He's like...a swordsman. But the long freakin' cutscenes really bothered me....nah..just a little. Somehow, it is getting hard for me to learn deathblows with Fei...wierd...anyway, that's about it for today.

Final Fantasy X: The Next Journey

Ok...for my next journal entry, will be telling aobut my gaming experience on FFX.

When I walked around Wal-Mart, looking for a game to buy, I suddenly saw FFX, sitting on the shelf. The good thing was...it was only 19.99 since it made the Greatest Hits list. So I bought it, and immediately popped it in my PS2 when I got home.

At first, I was really annoyed by Tidus's voice...it's just so high and kiddish. He wouldn't shut up!!!! Anyway, I think the FMVs were cool. When Sin came, that's where the fun began. I could finally get into battle, with Auron, that powerful guy with a bottle of booze hooked onto his shirt. Then, when Tidus finally meets Rikku, and she brought him onto her ship, that's where things got freaky. I saw this hideous, ugly turd with a mohawk and tatoos all over him. Yes....it was Rikku's brother..Brother. What a wierd name....Anyway, I met soon met up with the rest of the people...yadda yadda yadda.....

Now the bosses weren't really hard to beat. The only boss I had trouble with the most, was Yunalesca and Seymour at Mt. Gagazet. I had to train my characters endlessly to beat Seymour, and I couldn't possibly beat Yunalesca. So I borrowed my friend's Action Replay, and cheated. Muahahaha...I annihilated that semi frown stripping clown without breaking a sweat. Soon, I beated the whole game.....and was surprised that X-2 was coming out.

The sphere grid system was a whole new experience for me. I knew how to use it with ease....but my sister on the other hand, didn't even know what to do...wasting her Sphere Levels. But it was really cool how all the characters can like learn all the other character's moves and skills and stuff.

The animation was better than all the other Final Fantasy games I've played. But there is still one problem. When the characters stand still, it looks like they're shaking. Like vibrating or something. Either way, it's awesome.

The first FF game to have voice overs......that was what got my attention. But there was still some bad dubbing scenes, where the character will be done speaking while his/her mouth would still be moving..like one of those Asian fighting movies. But a big big BIG error I found in the game, was at the end. Lulu was talking to Yunalesca, but it was dubbed with Yuna's voice! That was really creepy......

The battle system was really cool too. Instead of waiting for each character's turn like all the other Final Fantasy games, FFX used CTB, where all the character get their turns immediately instead of waiting....kinda saves some time doesn't it?

Anyway, FFX is one of the best games I had ever played. Being the first FF game to be released on PS2, it was like, a next generation game thingy.....yeah.

The Awakening

Woo! Finally woke up.....got nothing to do.......ate some spaghetti....meh....anyway, I think this Gamespot thing rocks. It is way cooler than any online community group thingy. Really awesome.

Xenogears: The Journey Begins...and er....Ends...and then Begins again...

Hmm.....Xenogears...a game that I forced my dad to buy when I was only 7...and I didn't even know what RPG games, memory cards, and curse words were. So, when I got home, popped the disc in my PS, and played it.......for like 10 minutes before I was killed. Therefore, It had been sitting on my shelf catching dust for months...until one day........

I was in 2nd grade, and I just happened to invite my good friend, Jean over my house. He saw Xenogears, siad he played it before, and wanted to borrow it. "Go ahead" I told him. So, I let him borrow it. Months later, he returned the disc with scratches over it....oh well, it was still playable. He had gotten so far in the game, I was amazed. Soon, after a year or so, he had to move somewhere, so he left me his memory card and my game. I still didn't know what to do in the game, even though he was halfway through the first disc. I, who didn't know better, deleted the file, and decided to star a new game. After months, and months, of hard work, I have finally made it to the same point it was before. Then, I kept on getting stuck on this one part.....and left it to catch dust for months again. After a few years, when I got my PS2, I decided to play it again. Little did I know, the PS2 used memory instead of memory blocks for PS1 memory cards also. I loaded the game, tried to save it, then the PS2 went haywire. It deleted my file...again. So....after a month, I started a new journey...in the world of Xenogears....got really far using this guide I found on GameFaqs.com. Hope nothing happens this time.......
