I don't understand what you are getting at. You don't like kids who plan on joining, but act like they've joined? By the way, I did serve.FunnyMouth
Sorry that i'm not so clear but they act like there ______ (name a branch). Drives me crazy
They do this because there is a unity there that most people will never experience. Anyone who has come back from serving a tour overseas will find instant comradity with someone in the same situation. They have / will experience things that no one else will be able to relate to and hence the "silly" slogans.

No, not the marines official slogans, ones that have stupid pictures that are "motivating".
For an LA project, I have the "make-up" a game based on the book The Road. My job is to think of a title for the game and make some art. My teacher gave us the Fallout 3 guide as a reference but I already played every inch of that. ANyone have any namesuggestions?
I dont hate anyone in the armed forces. If you are in them, thank you! But the thing thats grinds me is other teens saying that there "marines" or "we marines...." all the time. There on facebook putting up funny military slogans with pictures and such. It grinds me becasue they really haven't done anything to do anything about it! Any one else?
Here's mine: You pick out between 5 or so different classes. Each vary and have theirstrengths and weaknesses i.e. starting in certain locations with certain items. It would be in an open world, and you would have to survive as long as you can. You can beat it by escaping to adisinfectedzone but that would be a way away.Ifpossible, your able to anything you want to. Kill innocents, help people, loot, steal guns (there would be a lot of them). I've been thinking about this type and I always thought a lot of people might like an open world zombie apocalypse shooter, where anything goes...
