i would be depressed too because every game doesn't try that hard to make the next better.

side note he's not depressed from gta5 he's depressed from games now a days. rockstar are doing a great job on every iterations compared to other franchises that's what he's saying.

i think what they meant was pc being that ubisoft does half-ass pc ports, or don't make em' at all, or even because they delay the living crap out of the pc version.
