so that's the name...

ever happened to you that you've played a game long time ago (in this case: 7 years ago), really loved the game but forgot his name? well... I've forgot alot of names of the games that I've played long time ago, but today i remembered a name of a game (thanks to "On The Spot" and Nintendo for that help), the name is "Comix Zone". I've played the game (last time) when i was 7 or so... (1997/1998 ). the game is now in the Tracked Games and Wish List (who don't love nostalgia?).

BTW: got "The Sims 2" (base game, not expansion packs.), but I'll continue with the "Half Life" games a little longer.

the TRUE next gen. has arrived

while the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and the Wii have their neat little abilities (Wii - motion sensor + vibrating + built-in speaker + wireless controller , PS3 - motion sensor + wireless controller and Blu-Ray player and HD games, X360 - wireless + vibrating controller and HD-DVD player (not build-in) and HD games), none come to the TRUE gaming experience like Vista with the Direct3D (also called: DirextX and DX) 10 which will make games look sharper, fuller (with colors the textures) and more realistic but it will (or already) surpass(ed) the "next gen." consoles in graphics. and not only that, but with controls are more variegated (consoles - about 8 buttons, keyboards - about 80 buttons) and customizable. the PC can be upgraded (in parts or a all new PC) while the consoles can't! so all of you that play with consoles... continue to play with your "next gen." devices. but i know where the TRUE next gen. gaming device is.

Vista.

today (Jan. 30th, 2007) Microsoft's Windows Vista was released (finally) with 4 of the 6 editions (but i forgot which, i know that Ultimate and Basic where released but i forgot the names of the other 2). a lot of people say that Vista is a clone of Apple's OS 10.X for Macs. well, let me quote the films director Kevin Smith from one of his lectures: "Great mind think alike, mother f**ker". and also, Apple's OS 10.X is mainly for business while Vista is BOTH of business and GAMING!! so the 2 Operating Systems (OSs) may share look and abilities, OS 10.X is business only while Vista is for both PC using people.

P.S.: i'm won't get Vista anytime soon, because my PC is too old (and DX 10 games haven't came out yet).

where is it!?

the "Best & Worst - 2006" emblem is STILL not here. i don't know why that's taking so long (anyone who voted should have got the emblem by now, no-one got it)?

Come and Gone...

Jan. 25th, 2007 as come and gone and still no "Best & Worst - 2006" icon... what's taking so long (2 days now, it usually takes them a few hours).

2 news...

news number 1: i'm a Tagger King. for "Awarded to those who've exhaustively used with the tagging system, enabling themselves and others to make it a whole lot easier to find certain content."

news number 2: DUKE NUKEM FOREVER, NEW SCREEN SHOT. well... 3D Realms (Duke Nukem Forever's developer) has released a new *updated* picture of duke, for a Job Hiring ad. some will say that 2007 will be Duke's golden year. other say "it's just an ad, even Goerge Broussard (3D Realms president) said so".

BiG NeWS!

Greg Kasavin (you know... GameSpot's fromer editor-in-chief) revealed in is blog what is his first project... guess, c'mon guess... give up? well... just click here to find out.

a big day of updates...

today (jan. 25th, 2007) was a VERY good day for updates (not only many new HL2 maps were added but also SupCom (Supreme Commander) Q&A + Screen Shots, HellGate: London (Screen Shots), and Crysis (Screen Shots).
