my "Tagger Maker" emblem is gone... again!

what is going on??

with less then 5 hours to go the blog post time, GameSpot staff has already began fill the section with info., videos and more.

the PS3 info. is currently shown, has their press conference was held 1st, only a few hours ago.

MicroSoft's press conference info. is also there, but only as the lines of the article. i hope MicroSoft will show the now-finished Vista (and Games For Windows - GFW) that will use the DirectX/Direct3D 10 (DX10), games like: Crysis, Flight Simulator X, Lego Star Wars: The Original Trilogy, ShadowRun and all the other games shown in the "Games For Windows" Trailer.

the CES ("Consumer Electronic Show") will be between 8-10/jan./2007.

you may see the sign of the CountDown in the top of the page, see the sign? how that sign looks? maybe like the sign of "Welcome to Las Vegas"?, that's because the CES is at Las Vegas, Navada.

stay tuned for more about the CES as Rich Gallup himself will be there (leaving Jeff Gurstmann for the editing and hosting both the "HotSpot" and "On The Spot", as it was revealed at the last "HotSpot").

in less then a month from now, Windows Vista will be released.

it will include:

Internet Explorer 7 (higher security, tabs, RSS fids [i have no idea what the RSS thing is, but it sounds nice]).

3D User Interface (UI) (which will include semi-visible windows).

Improved Security.

AND A LITTLE SOMETHING TO THE GAMERS AND GAMES!!!!! (Hyper-Links, Updates and MORE!).

yes!, but no PC games so.... no! (just kidding).

On The Spot will be "aired" at 4 hours and 40 minutes from now at blog post time.

6 days... phew. 10 levels in 6 days... that's something like.... little over 2 levels per day.

Greg was part of GameSpot since 1996, when the site was created. and now, after little over 10 years, his leaving to make games, not to review them.

i'm wishing Greg the best of luck and hope to buy "A Greg Kasavin"'s game soon (not like Duke Nukem Forever, which has and still in developing nearly as long as Greg's arrival to GameSpot.

so goodbye Greg, and good luck (i wonder how the site will change after Greg's departure, who will be the next Editor-in-Chief, and if Greg will still post a blog or help out every now-and-them).

is here. 2007, and in march (3/07) both "Command & Conquer 3 - Tiberium Wars" and "Supreme Comander" (PC both) will be up for sell, and for X360 players... "Halo 3" (and in about 2010 it will arrive to the PC also, like "Halo: Combat Evolved" and "Halo 2").
