[QUOTE="Jhung207"][QUOTE="TrueReligion_"]How can anybody say the PS3 is failing?
How often does a console that is $600 sell as well as the PS3?
And to debunk the price argument, why did Guitar Hero 2 (X360), a $90 game, sell 500,000 copies in its first 2 weeks on the market? The consumer isn't worried about prices, the consumer is worried about software. The PS3s software is good, but not great at the moment: but when the great games start rolling in, the PS3 will begin to sell even better.
The only problem with the PS3 right now is not the hardware, but the software attachment. Consumers are buying one or two games for each PS3 sold compared to 4 games for the 360. Now, this was addressed in the 1UP Yours podcast, and I truly believe that this will be resolved soon.

Paying $600 for a gaming console with no games is ridiculous. At least xbox 360 has the games that makes it worth $400.
Why does everyone says the PS3 costs $600? the $500 one has everything you need to play games. At least you didn't compare the "premium" PS3 to the core 360.
