No, I'd say the Wii, the Xbox 360, and the price are holding back the PS3. (Not so much the games, there's a wide variety now)

Alright, so here's my delima. For the past few weeks I have noticed a very small line on my TV that goes from the bottom to the top. It was BARELY noticable and I didn't really think twice about. I soon noticed though, that it wasn't my TV that was causing the line, for when I watched television there was no line.(No line during any other console gaming either) So obviously, it was the PS3 that was causing it.I was a little pissed, but it really wasn't a big deal because you could barely notice it. Recently though when I booted up my PS3 the line had grown and it was tremendously noticable.

My warrenty for the PS3 had run out about a month ago so bringing it back isn't really an option. Now, I haven't tried a different set of video/audio cables and I hope to god that that's the problem.

So I was just wondering what you all think. Is it just the video cable (which by the way has no sign of external damage) or is it the PS3 itself. What do I do if it IS the PS3, and what are the chances of it being the cables?
