@leviathanwing Ignorance is bliss, yeah? Kickstarter is to help launch great and innovative ideas from the ground up. Donating there helps people get started towards their goal and usually gives you a little something in return. (Unless it doesn't reach its funding goal, in which case, you're not required to give them any money.)
HumbleBundle is to donate whatever you can spare for charity and/or the companies involved while still getting something. It rewards generosity with generosity.
@abHS4L88 @ABEzilla116 My icon? I absolutely IMPLORE you ignorant fanboys to do your research before making such intolerable comments. The original Okami launched on the PS2. The Wii stole it, years later. Educated. How does it feel?
@abHS4L88 If by diverse games, you mean repetitive, saturated, third-party crap that no one wants to play after 3 days, then yes, the games on Nintendo consoles are "diverse".
Most of the people that make games for Nintendo now only do so because they got suckered into a contract back when they thought the console would be good and are now legally bound to make those games. Don't expect much for the future. Wii U will be the nail in Nintendo's coffin.
@abHS4L88 @Suikogaiden You mean how they have to pander* to everyone because they can't pull in enough revenue to stay alive unless they do, explore different ideas each console because they can't find a good one and perfect it, follow their own rules because no one else wants to, and are not bogged by "standards" because their consoles always fail to meet any. **Fixed that for you**
Hmmm. Idk. It seems like they just reskinned the latest Mortal Kombat game. Didn't really see anything that would make this game stand out on it's own. I loved MK, and I love DC characters, but I can't support putting out the same game twice. Will rent before purchase.
@juboner Agreed. I love having a huge collection of games sitting on the shelf to show off to my friends. It's just not the same when you have to 'scroll' through a list of digital titles... Hard copies 4 life.
What if... They remade VII and it ended up beating out the original? Wouldn't both arguments win? They would have remade the game AND simultaneously created a game that has beaten out the original.
