It seems that Hollywood and their “out of touch aspect of America”, is still focusing on what is bad about everything. Hence, their programming and movie output is such that they focus on more with agenda TV than anything else. To which, we get Blue State Entertainment. It has to be something bad, something negative about who you are, what we do, what we mostly believe and what we most want for our family or ourselves. We have a new rash of attack shows on this mid-season. Shows that find something bad about whatever, and how bad sort of people we are. Well, screw that. I don’t do Blue State Entertainment. And I’ll call it when I see it for what it is. Junk TV.

There seems to be an increasing amount of junk TV these days. Which would explain the explosion in TV-DVD sales of good old shows lately. Junk Like Family Guy, Boondocks appealing to the brain dead and stupid agenda shows like Commander and Chief and West Wing for the political utopians that believe the actors are the Nation's leaders, dictate that TV is just entertainment, not a state of being. Shows like LOST, grip us with suspense, Extreme Makeover Home Addition, warms the heart, and Desperate Housewives makes us laugh with intelectual sarcasim.
Yea, there is some junk TV...and I guess my two cents worth will be enough to call the junk out when I see it.
