I think if you went through and played all the games gamespot has reviewed, you'd find a bunch you didn't agree with, reviews are very subjective and opinionated. While they can be a basis of how you think a game is you can't think of it as the end all be all of a game, what I'm trying to say is they aren't wrong because they disagree with you. Regardless, I kinda agree with you about FC on the PC being better, Instincts left quite a bit to be desired. In short, maybe they were wrong - in our eyes - but it doesn't really make them "lose some credibility" the only way they could that is if they didn't even play the games. :P

Totally worth it! The story alone is great, the game play is awesome, I recall a ton of sweet urban-style combat.

Thanks for the review, I loved the old myst games and was a little unsure about this one, I'll have to plan on playing this.

I think KOTOR 2 had pretty horrible reviews, but I played it anyway. Superman 64 was pretty awful, but I didn't play it to completion - just long enough to get a headache.

Yeah man, multiplayer is where its at.  You're going to get sick of it pretty soon without something to change it up like playing online, but to each his own if you're enjoying it.

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and say Half-Life and Half-Life 2,  Half Life was the first game that I really "felt" when I died lol.

KOTOR 1 was great, flawless really incredibly in-depth, KOTOR 2 however, as was said, had some flaws.  If you enjoyed the first one then you'll like the second one, just don't expect it to be as good.  It has a story as full of holes as it may be so its something to follow and it dosn't take too long to play.
