The best way to deal with Africa is to stop the funding. With all our own problems the last thing we need is to spend billions of dollars on a project that is going nowhere. Thats billions of dollars that could be better spent on education.

and where is the money coming from? The pockets of American citizens.

Its not like African countries are going to be paying back our loans any time soon (or at all)
