That's the message I get when I try to download anything with a rating of Mature or Rating Pending, but I don't know why. In the past I've always been able to download anything. I checked all my settings and I don't see why I'm "not permitted". I just noticed this today.
I got mine removed last year. The only bad thing about it was that I had them removed on the first day of summer break. There was hardly any pain, and I onyl took a weekend to recover. My advice is that you get them out soon because it's easier for the surgeon and less painful if you have them out before they've grown in.

In a world where novels, music, and movies are considered art, I find it hard to believe that some people think video games aren't. Video games combine these things and some do it quite beautifully.
