I'm playing Enslaved on hard, and am having some trouble with the last portion of Chapter 8 after the you construct the windmill properly and the wave of mechs come endlessly. Someone informed me of getting the Focused Attack to helpand I need a TON of orb points for that. I've tried grinding in Chapter 3, and then exiting before finishing the level but when I go back to the level again to grind more, my orb points go back to the same amount before grinding.
To grind in Enslaved, do I have to complete a full level to allow the orbs to keep on building?

1. Literally the whole game is a quick race mode. You choose a certain race on an extremely wide-spread map and there you go. As quick as that! No story whatsoever.
2. Online games bear similarities to Call of Duty's matchmaking system. There's a lobby, then you choose the type of game mode that you want and you're in the waiting room with a bunch of other players for the race. If you've played Call of Duty, you won't have any trouble here. You can also host private matches for you and your friends to race.
3. In Hot Pursuit, you can choose whenever you want to play as a cop or a racer. There will always be either or, so don't worry about hating as playing a cop; you don't have to, but it's there if you want to.
4. You unlock carswhen you win different types of races. Level up system. Nuff' said!
5. Not all of the cars are available for you in the beginning for online. Higher leveled players may have an advantage here.
6. Sadly, there is no split-screen.
So, I'm going to be recieving a game for a gift, but I can tell them what one I'm looking for. Which one should I try? Demon's Souls or Dragon Age Origins?
(I love RPGS, and good stories are a bonus - Dragon Age has both of these qualities while everyone's been pushing at me to try Demon's Souls.)
I've recommended this JRPG again and again but I'll say it one more time - Resonance of Fate.
Thanks for your input, and I believe I will be getting MGS3 sooner or later but at the moment I can't find any used copies available so it may be a while until I get to MGS4. Also, which game is better in terms of Uncharted/Demon's Souls? I've heard fantastic things about BOTH and I have a hard time deciding. I LOVE RPGS and yet...I love a good story (Again, I own the 2nd Uncharted).
So the greatest hits titles are hitting 1/2 price at $15 Canadian and I want to pick up some titles. At the moment, I can only pick up 2.
Note: The ones that I don't get I will probably recieve later on (MONTHS later, though)
Here are the choices:
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (I have the 2nd one and want to get into the story)
Demon's Souls (LOVE Rpgs)
Metal Gear Solid 4 ( The cheapest, would run me at $10...beat MGS1, MGS2, haven't beat MGS3 yet but I will)
MAG
Love it to death. Easily one of the best JRPGs I've played in a looonnggg time.
Already is one. Check out GrimGrimoire on the PS2. :)
This just happened recently. I've been playing Uncharted 2 multiplayer for about a month or so and this is the only time that it's ever froze on me - one time while it was loading the start up screen (with the dagger symbol in the lower right corner) and one getting into a Deathmatch game....I've had to force my PS3 to shut down twice (the screen would just go black/blank)and the freezings happened within one hour of each other. Is my PS3 about to YLOD or what? :X
[QUOTE="HerGuitar"]How the hell does this confirm this?http://www.walmart.com/ip/ICO-Shadow-of-the-Colossus-PS3-PlayStation-3/15061046
Found this while searching through the Walmart website online. I apologize if this is old news.

You can already preorder this item. That's enough proof and confirmation. Honestly, if they had it on the site for no reason at all, why would they be accepting preorders?
