Paul Gray Dies:Slipknot's Paul Gray was found dead on Monday in a hotel. The bassist for the heavy metal band that burst on the scene in the 1990s was found at TownePlace Suites in Des Moines, Iowa by a hotel staff member. An autopsy will be performed on the 38 year old musician to determine the exact cause of death.

Recently, I was cheated on. It's been over a month since I found out and it still hurts. Lately I haven't been myself...I'm having an incredibly bleak outlook on life. I don't enjoy doing things I used to...lately I've been finding myself distant from my friends and I'm just not myself anymore. There's a huge history of depression in my family. I've never really let girl problems effect me, but this time it's just taking over my life. I don't know what to do...I'll have weeks where I'm perfectly alright and others where I'm a total wreck. I feel like my life is spinning out of control, and the idea that I'm not in charge of my life scares me, frankly. All of my problems are something that I can't do squat about, and that's the hard part. I feel incredibly helpless. I'm having trouble coping with the idea that if I do nothing wrong, I'm still going to get the short end of the stick. Has anyone ever experienced this? How did you get past it?

Around a month ago I broke up with my girlfriend and found out she cheated on me. We've only talked briefly two times after it. There's alot I want to say but I don't know if I should or can...I think it's the only way I'll get closure and be able to move on. Should I do it?
