Like many, I have Cod4, and became addicted to it. Prestiged multiple times and etc. But its come to the point where its not even fun or enjoyable anymore, I just play for the sake of playing, its just an addiction. I know the reason, its simply a good shooter but with the RPG elements I can't stop playing. A new perk, a new gun, I just can't stop. I've realized though that this isn't healthy or enjoyable. I need suggestions for some sort of game similar to Cod4, so i can break this habit. Something similar, that I can enjoy and it can be addictive, but not like cod4 thats destroying my life. Suggestions please?
At the cost of sounding like a noob, I'm asking for suggestions of games that are FPS with RPG elements. Games like Deus ex, CoD4, and battlefield 2142.
I'm getting a 360 for the holidays, and i've only just found out there are multiple types. I've also heard rumors one kind of the 360 is slow and a weak system. I'm looking for the cheapest one, which I think is the arcade version, but is that the one that doesn't play normal games like gears of war well? I know the elite is the most powerful, but it's pretty expensive. Help is greatly appreciated.
Okay, I don't have a wii, 360, or ps3. I know of course the wii has VC, which made the wii the clear winner when I first heard of it. However, i'm not sure if it has enough of the games I'm looking for. My basic question is, how "good" (or how many games) is the virtual console of the wii? (Will/does it have like Star tropics, earthbound, EVO search for eden?)
I am currently addicted to monster raising games like Monster rancher and pokemon. However, with school work, I am almost needed to spend most of my day and the computer. (I am also somewhat a sucker for PC games) So naturally I wanted to find a compromise and find a monster/creature raising game for my computer. I just can't seem to find any besides Black and white, unfortunetly, which my current graphics card cannot run. Basic question, does anybody know of any good Monster raising games for PC?

I am only asking if they will work with ps1 games such as skullmonkeys.
Does anybody know of any good (and/or average, anything but terrible) games that use claymation? An example of a game like this would be skullmonkeys, for those of you that are completely lost.
Pretty simple problem, whenever I search for games using gamespot's searchbar, nothing ever comes up. It's just a blank screen. Yes, it is set to games, that's not the problem. Where the results should be it's just blank. Is there any way to fix this?
