Well if you go into Control Panel then User Accounts and then into change the way a user logs on or off and you put a check by use a welcome screen it will ask you for a password. Also if you have 2 or 3 user accounts it will ask you which one you want to log in as when you get to the welcome screen. You shouldn't have to use regedit....I don't think.

If you go into change account you can change the name. Problem with doing that is it changes the name at the welcome screen but your personal documents folder will retain its original name as far as I remember.

If they are hostile they would wipe us out. If they were friendly they would see how hostile we are and leave. So I can't see it having much of an impact on us. If they wipe us out we will no longer be around. If they left shortly after realizing how hostile we can be we might not even realize that they had been here.

If they were friendly though and liked hostile species maybe they would give us their advanced technology, weapons and alien porn. Once we all had laser guns and ships that could do warp 9 then we could conquer them. If we didn't do that and interrogate them who knows what secrets they might be keeping from us. If they gave us laser guns but they had +1 laser guns then they would have an advantage. So they kinda gave us no choice but to get sneaky with them. :P

Are you using a 32 or 64 bit version of XP? If you are using a 32 bit version XP will only show 3.25 GB's out of 4 GB's. But it is telling you that you only have 2.5?

If you click on Start then right click My Computer and chose properties how much ram does it say you have?

I don't think too many of us could afford to own one of these. It has 4 GPU's with 240 cores on each? What CPU is going to be able to keep up with it? Not sure how this would be of too much use to anyone. If you could afford one you probably wouldn't care about that.
