If you take out the "Technical" stuff, Like downed Servers and huge patches.

Defiance was actually a really good, ran great (When it was running) fun game. Then the lack of content kicked in after about a week. So as long as they have the content covered (Or heck at least better Multiplayer Death Matches or like a Horde mode) this game should be AWESOME!!!!

I already digitally purchased it on Ps4 (Like a retard, total mistake, didn't even realize it until wife called yelling about a bunch of money spent and a charge from Sony).

I am very serious, however, being in my 40's and very busy (i.e. no time) I really prefer to not build my own. I have built plenty in the past. (Last one I built was when Battlefiel 2 launched). I just figured with Tablets being the new things, Lap Tops actually becoming the old thing and Towers being the super old thing I could grab a Gaming "Tower" at the store that is ready to rock, run some games balls out.

How dare you sir! I was Game Spott'n back when you had to subscribe to get PC Updates for games like Counter Strike! (You could get them for free if you wanted to wait 4 hours). I just couldn't remember my log in....

Well it really is more of a "System Wars" thread. My oldest kid (12) has been wanting a PC Power Rig for a while now. I argue that we could go and purchase 2 more Ps4's and have a total of 3 Ps4's to play games together with for less than a single power rig.(Me & the two kids, That's how we play X360 now, 3 systems, 3 screens, 3 XBOX Live accounts).

So are you seriously saying I can't go to Best Buy and drop $600.00 bucks, leave with nothing but a Tower and it still won't play AAA Games on high? Am I right or wrong in my argument with him?

All that money for what? Just 1 PC that can run AAA Games? Whatever happened to this Steam Box thing? I thought they were going to be cheap...why not just release a Steam App on Ps4?

So I was told some nonsense from some tech dude at XBOX back at a Trade show. I was pissed off about the XBOX Live stuff not being backwards compatible.

He went on and on and on about they decided to build towards the future and make development on their platforms universal going forward and that is why the old stuff couldn't work.

(I get the discs I was mad about the digital not being backward compatible).

So, does this mean, now that developing a game for Xbone is the same Architecture as Windows 8, Pc gamers will be seeing more games?

All joking aside. Let's say I want to Play games like Battlefield 4, Day Z, Arma, That new Wildstar MMO balls out. I want to go up to Best Buy right now, buy a PC that will run everything at the best settings. I want to go home and play tonight.

How much is it going to cost me and none of that "Build Your Own" nonsense. Just show me the lap top or tower that can do this and tell me how much. Don't need a monitor or mouse or any of that extra stuff.

Bungie games are like that Salt_The_Fries. They blow their hold load at launch and then they don't sell worth a flip. They got no shelf life.

You guys just aint smelling what I am stepping in. So when Grand Theft Auto 5 was made/being made. There were millions of X360's & PS3's on the market. There were tens of millions of PC's out there in American homes and all over the world. Yet they purposely did not make the game for the PC Market cause the PC market....well...isn't worth it.

If you look at the Launch Titles it was crap like Fighter Within or "Ports" from the X360/Ps3. The only real Next Gen game to Date is Battlefield 4 and look how that worked out. (By the way it actually works now if any one is interested lol).

Plus we all know next gen Hardware is severely allocated and if they announced a next gen version for Xone/Ps4 people would have held off buying it for their X360's & PS3's.

Now that have 100% maximized their sales on X360 & Ps3 and the Ps4 & XBOX One have had a year to get a good install base. It makes sense to sell it again on that.
