Where are the NPD results? They are still not out yet but they will probably be out later this month. NPD only counts NA sales, my prediction is that the 360 won NPD numbers but worldwide the PS3 still won and that is what matters. Remember 2007, the PS3 didn't have any system seller like MGS4 or LBP or WKC in Japan and even with a 600$ price tag and without winning any month in NA, it still outsold the 360 world wide by 1million. Also 2007= halo's year, the fastest selling console game ever. In 2008 it was different, the PS3 was 400$, increased software sales, won 7 months in NPD sales over the 360, it had stronger titles. So there is no way the 360 could outsell the PS3 in 2008, I think the PS3 won by 2 million at least.

I don't think so, Sony is a better developer than Capcom and Tecmo. This game will score 9.5 or a 10 easily and will probably be the best action game this gen.

Halo 3 was the last card left for Microsoft to beat Sony in 2007 and it failed since the PS3 outsold the 360 in the year when your almighty Halo 3 came out. You owned.:lol: Remember the PS3 was 600$ and had no "good games" and the 360 still got owned so Halo 3 failed and its a overrated game imo.
FFXIII(yes it will also come to the 360 but most likely it will be in 2010 and the PS3 will get it first as a timed exclusive)

God of War 3 Probabably the biggest game of this year if it manages to come out at least in Q4.
So there you have it, these games are not even 10% of what the PS3 has to offer in games this year. These 3 games are worth purchasing a PS3 for specially against the 360 which only has a 5 hour 20$ new Halo game and the multiplatform PC game Alan Wait. gg the console war will be over this year, you did it again Sony.

FFXIII might make it out in Japan this year but I doubt they will release it stateside. I was really trying to list titles that come out this year in USA. I seriously doubt they will release XIII and VS XIII this year. Also God of War 3 from my understanding that won't make it until 2010. I am guessing March like every other God of War game. That's the only problem but if at least GoW3 or GT5 make it in 2009 the PS3 would have this year in the bag for sure.
